No matter how you pay for treatment, a referral is not required to start.

*We unfortunately Do Not accept UHC, BCBS or Medicaid Plans. However, we do provide insurance receipts that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Call us for more details!

With a secondary or supplemental insurance, most patients pay $0 for

In-Home Therapy.

Medicare covers In-Home Therapy exactly the same as an Oupatient Physical Therapy Clinic.

Self-Pay

  • Pay a flat fee per appointment or purchase one of our packages for discounted rates (call for details).

  • You will only be charged at the completion of each visit.​

​

We provide private insurance receipts for reimbursement if we are not in-network with your insurance.
