Personal Care Physical Therapy offers concierge outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy services within your home, office, or location of choice!
Our board-certified and experienced therapists drive to you and bring all necessary equipment, making scheduling and receiving therapy more engaging, reliable and convenient! We cater to adults of all ages, and specialize in orthopedics, sports injuries and injury prevention.
We are also a Medicare Part B provider, with expertise in working with patients in the home setting. Medicare covers our services exactly the same as an outpatient clinic, with little to no out of pocket costs for our patients. If you are not a Medicare beneficiary, we provide specialized receipts to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Dr. James Raytsin is a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy and owner of Personal Care Physical Therapy. He works alongside our team of highly skilled therapists to deliver unmatched personalized attention to each client. James began the company with the goal of delivering the highest quality of Therapy without compromises.
