Dr. James is a Board-Certified Doctor of Physical Therapy. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University in North Carolina. He then went on to complete his Doctorate degree at Rutgers University in New Jersey.
Prior to opening Personal Care Physical Therapy, Dr. James worked as a Physical Therapist for various outpatient clinics, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, assisted living facilities, where he treated all types of injuries and surgeries ranging from young athletes, to adults and seniors. James chose to start a therapy practice that focuses on direct one-on-one personalized and individualized attention for each client, with the goal of keeping active people healthy and mobile without unnecessary pain medications, injections or surgery.
As a former division I Men's Soccer player, James has always had a deep understanding and passion for proper body mechanics, injury prevention and healing techniques.
When not working with his patients, James enjoys playing Golf, Tennis and staying active.
